We were there for a game in Uefa Euro 2024. The staff it's great (they helped us with a bottle of milk for our baby boy...on Sunday you don't find any shops open after 19.00). The hotel itself is clean...and the room was just enough for the three of us. And it was near a metro station.

We stayed there before an early flight from Hamburg airport. Everything was amazing. Free parking just outside (it was a weekend), we were allowed to check in early and the reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, the room was lovely and clean. Great shower and comfy beds. The location is also brilliant - close to lots of restaurants, shops and public transport. Driving to the airport only took 15 minutes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room while basic had almost everything we required ( A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would have completed it but we are from the UK}, bed was comfortable, double glazing ensured any outside noise staid there, air con worked well; breakfast was in our opinion good valve you and a wide range was provided every day, have no hesitations in saying we would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to others who required a good budget hotel

In a middle of the city where everything essential was easy to access, super easy to go around, 5/10mins walk to city centre. My 5 year old enjoyed the hotel and for her to say she misses it, tops it off, staffs were nice and very friendly, helpful and provided with extra help

Location is peaceful close to dining and shopping I feel it is nice place to enjoy and shop, I like the location easy access to other locations also. Downside only you need to travel the Ubank like 10 minutes to reach the hauftBanhoof, but it was ok with me

You get what you pay for! It's a budget hotell! Rooms are simple, but very quiet and clean! Great parking in garage under the hotel, you do pay extra for parking. The area feels very safe and calm. Close to metro, restaurants and shops. We never tried the breakfast, we went to a café every morning.

Clean, value for money. Next to asian restaurant Ni Hau, excellent quality food (fair priced, not cheap).

Room was nice, all things as standard as per expectations of International Hotel chain. Hotel has plenty of amenities as it is in the middle of Hamburg.

It is essential solo traveler - bed and bath - easy, clean, close to public transport - totally ideal for short effective stay. Great value for money. Everything super easy and uncomplicated. Can really gladly recommend 👏👏👏
